QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

The product that I want to buy is marked as “Available on backorder”. What does that mean?

You can order (purchase) the product in the same way as each other. Its delivery will take extra 3-4 days because it is on stock at our suppliers’ warehouse.

I’m not satisfied with the product. How do I return it?

Check whether the product is eligible for return and then fill out the return form. This should be done not later than 14 calendar days after you have received the product. Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. The transport costs for the return are at buyer’s expense.

Can I return unpacked products within 14 days?

Yes, you can return the product unpacked, but in its original packaging. The product must not be damaged, scratched and/or used/repaired by you.

I have not received an invoice.

Please contact us or email us and an Invoice will be sent to you in German or English language (your choice). This should be done within the calendar year in which the product was purchased.

I received a defective product. Can I fix it?

No. Repair or replacement of the product is carried out by us or authorized by us individuals. Please contact us for a return or replacement product.

Can I return the product personally?

Yes, you can bring the product personally in order to avoid shipment costs. The return can happen in our working hours after prior arrangement with us.
