SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping costs

• The shipping costs may vary depend on the product. When multiple products are ordered, you pay only one – the highest costs.
• The shipping of products over 99 EUR is free within Germany.
• We pay for replacement delivery if you want to change purchased goods.
• In case of return the transport costs are at your expense.

Delivery

• Most orders are processed the day after payment is received.
• The ordered products are delivered to your address by couriers of DHL, DPD or GLS.
• Tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail.
• Delivery within Germany usually takes 2 to 3 working days, within the other EU countries – up to 5 working days.
